Ron graduates from East High School in Bremerton, WA and is also knighted the same year. Getting "knighted" at East High School was one of the highest honors that can be bestowed on a student. Ron was one of the top 10 students and he even got a standing ovation! |

Ronald Wheeler Willson marries Shari Lynn Gasper at Navy Yard City Bible Church in Bremerton, WA. They made their first home in Bremerton and after a few months bought their first house in Port Orchard where they lived until the time of his death. |

Melody Joy Willson is born, the first child of Ron and Shari. Ron picked out Melody's name for Shari's love of music. Melody and her dad, Ron, shared a special father-daughter bond. |

Ryan Wheeler Willson is born to Ron and Shari. Ron finally has his "boy"! Ron and Ryan shared many favorite times together in Ryan's various sports. Ron even was the assitant coach on many of Ryan's teams. Ron was very proud of Ryan and can still hear him proudly say, "That's my boy!!" |

Ron passed away on Sunday (his favorite day of the week) September 5, 2004, due to a sudden massive heart attack at a family gathering. The Lord honored Ron and took him in a split second, just the way he wanted to go when it came his time. Losing Ron was a huge loss for his family and friends but his memory will live on forever in those who loved him. |
